I am an accomplished blogger, actress, avid photographer, extensive world traveler (I've been to 26 countries and counting), and have even starred in and produced video segments to submit to national television networks such as Discovery and Planet Green (see Videos).

Beyond my love for travel, different cultures, adventure, and sharing my experiences, I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Healer, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP or Life Coach), and also am the wife of a professional baseball player.  I've been highlighted in magazines and on news programs for my success in balance and core training with my clients and continue to advise top executives and professional athletes in achieving their fitness goals.
